Broadfield Holdings encompasses a diverse range of businesses, including technology, management services, healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, hospitality, natural resources, trading, facilities management, and fintech services.

With over 30 years of experience as a managing director and chief executive officer in various companies, Dato’ Seri Mohd Amin Bin Abdul Nor possesses extensive expertise in project management, marketing, financial management, client retention, policy implementation, and cost control. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Dato’ Seri Mohd Amin Bin Abdul Nor is also the President and Group CEO of JR Joint Resources Holdings Sdn Bhd, a company primarily engaged in the outsourcing and employment services industry. Additionally, Dato’ Sri Aminul Islam Bin Abdul Nor is also the Founder and Group President of Broadfield Holdings Sdn. Bhd., which has received over 15 awards locally and internationally, including the prestigious ‘World’s Best Digital Content Solutions’ recognition by the World Summit Award (WSA) in 2017 for the foreign workers centralised management system (FWCMS). This system is a vital tool used by the Malaysian government to manage, monitor, and control all processes related to foreign worker management, and it is integrated with all relevant stakeholders in Malaysia and labour-sending countries
